Sleep enough

Regularly get enough shut eye, you become more susceptible to cold and to catch any errors that's going around. Make sure you always have 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night, yes, there are days when you are traveling party to 4 clock, or hang in the kitchen, chatting with friends hours - but make them the exception rather than the rule.

Drink sensibly

Get active
